Orders and Payment

Payments may be processed through an independent third-party payment gateway, bank, UPI service, card network, or other payment provider.

An order will normally be treated as confirmed only after the payment is successfully completed and a valid transaction record is received. A pending, failed, cancelled, or declined payment does not confirm an order.

If an amount is debited but you do not receive payment confirmation, please contact us with your Payment ID, transaction reference, registered email address, and a brief description of the issue. Never share your OTP, UPI PIN, card CVV, password, complete card details, or bank login credentials.

Digital Delivery

Products sold by DigitalBhai are digital products. No physical item will be shipped.

A purchased digital product may be delivered as an email attachment or through a download or access link sent to the email address provided during the order. Delivery will normally be completed within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation, unless a different delivery period is clearly stated on the relevant product page.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address and checking the inbox, spam, promotions, and other relevant folders. If the product is not received within the stated delivery period, please contact us so that the order and delivery status can be reviewed.

License and Permitted Use

Purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, access, read, and use the product for your own personal learning and lawful purposes.
